“This invention describes a device for compensating for ripple in the output voltage of a PFC converter and an electric vehicle battery charging device. The open device for compensating for the ripple contained in the output voltage of the PFC converter includes: a first switching element having one end connected to an output terminal not grounded among two output terminals forming the output end of the PFC converter; a second switching element having one end connected to the other side of the first switching element and having the other end connected to the ground; a compensating inductor having one end connected to the other side of the first switching element of the second switching element and connected to one end, and having the other end connected to the ground; and a compensating capacitor having one end connected to the other side of the compensating inductor and connected to one end, and having the other end connected to the ground.”
