영문 원어 : The present invention relates to a cell culture chip for directional induction of nerve cell processes comprising a composite nano-structure in which a carbonaceous substance is immobilized through chemical bonding on surfaces of magnetic nano-particles, a production method thereof, and a method for inducing the direction of nerve cell processes by contacting cells with the composite nano-structure. By using the composite nano-structure of the present invention, a desired substrate by applying a magnetic field is easily and quickly patterned. In addition, since there is no cytotoxicity, there is an effect which can be usefully used to control cell growth without damaging surrounding cells or tissues.
