The system for detecting an adult web page comprises: a web page image obtaining module for obtaining a random web page as one image; a square image extracting module for extracting square images from the web page obtained by the web page image obtaining module; a feature vector extracting module for generating a feature vector for a corresponding web page by using adult image probability values for the square images extracted from the square image extracting module; a feature vector correction module for generating a final feature vector having a predetermined dimension by correcting a dimension of the feature vector for the web page generated by the feature vector extracting module; and a classifier for determining whether the corresponding web page is an adult web page by using the final feature vector generated by the feature vector correction module.
