The present invention relates to a marker containing HPaR as an active ingredient for diagnosing lung cancer. The marker for diagnosing lung cancer and a lung cancer diagnosis kit using an antibody of the marker, according to the present invention, does not burden a patient and can very conveniently diagnose lung cancer by inspecting the blood that is relatively easy to collect, unlike an existing method for diagnosing lung cancer which use a biopsy, and can be useful in an early diagnosis of lung cancer due to high sensitivity and screening ability of the diagnosis.
