“Described here is a method and device for generating terahertz using laser plasma. The method for generating high-power terahertz involves colliding laser beams from opposite directions into a magnetized plasma within a vacuum chamber at a predetermined location, focusing the laser beams into the gas within the vacuum chamber to generate plasma, and creating terahertz of a certain frequency through the vibration of the plasma generated by the collision of the laser beams.”
