요약(Summary) : The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for generating a three-dimensional image of a polymer substance. The three-dimensional image generating apparatus of the present invention comprises: a specimen state adjustor for adjusting a temperature or pressure of a solid specimen in order to maintain, in a solid state, the solid specimen including a plurality of polymer substances; an image collector for collecting a partial image of the plurality of polymer substances exposed on a surface of the solid specimen; a low molecule image database for storing an image of an element low molecule substance; and an image processor for generating a three-dimensional image of the polymer substance by matching the collected partial image with an image in the low molecule image database.
현재의 발명은 고분자 물질의 3차원 이미지를 생성하는 기구와 방법과 관련이 있다. 현 발명의 3차원 영상 생성 장치는 다음과 같이 구성된다. 고형 상태에서 고형성 시료의 온도나 압력을 조절하는 시료 상태 조정기, 폴리머의 다원성 부분 이미지 수집을 위한 영상 수집기고형 표본의 표면에 노출된 물질, 원소 저분자 물질의 이미지를 저장하기 위한 저분자 이미지 데이터베이스, 수집된 부분 이미지를 저분자 이미지 데이터베이스의 이미지와 일치시켜 중합체 물질의 3차원 이미지를 생성하는 이미지 프로세서이다.
