영문 원어  : Provided is an interstitial fluid microdialysis apparatus based on an electroosmotic pump. The apparatus comprises: an electroosmotic pump which includes a first electrode and a second electrode provided on both sides of a membrane and a fluid path unit, and alternately generates suction force and discharge power by alternately supplying polarities of a voltage to the first and second electrodes; a first transfer line and a second transfer line which have one end coupled to the fluid path unit of the electroosmotic pump and alternately transfers the suction force and the discharge power to a perfusion fluid; a reservoir which stores the perfusion fluid and discharges the perfusion fluid along a discharge path inserted and coupled to the other end of the first transfer line; a micro-dialysis (MD) probe which including an inlet path which has one end injected into an object to perform microdialysis of an interstitial fluid, and is inserted into the other end of the second transfer line to insert the perfusion fluid, and a discharge path which discharges the perfusion fluid after the microdialysis; and a sensor which has a discharge path of the MD probe inserted and coupled to one side surface to inject the perfusion fluid after microdialysis through the discharge path and measures biometric information from the perfusion fluid after the microdialysis.
