영문 원어 :The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium glutamicum strain for producing 12-ketooleic acid, wherein the Corynebacterium glutamicum strain is transformed by an expression vector including a nucleotide sequence for coding alcohol dehydrogenase. Compared to a wild Corynebacterium glutamicum strain which does not produce 12-ketooleic acid at all, a recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum strain produced through gene manipulation according to the present invention has excellent 12-ketooleic acid productivity. Also, 12-ketooleic acid is not used as a carbon source, so 12-ketooleic acid can be continuously produced.
