According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: a step of calculating a transmission delay time for transmitting the ultrasound signal of a spherical wave type to different directions, and a reception delay time for receiving an echo signal for the ultrasound signal; a step of transmitting the ultrasound signal by applying the transmission delay time; and a step of receiving the echo signal by applying the reception delay time.
