A centrifugal force-based microfluidic device utilizing it for comprehensive analysis and compositional analysis methods are provided. The microfluidic device includes a platform with multiple chambers and valves positioned between the chambers. It also includes microfluidic structures. The microfluidic structure connects to a sample separation chamber that is connected to multiple combustion chambers accommodating a marker reacting with at least two types of separated types, particularly different types of target substances responding to different kinds of markers. At least one of the target substances is a standard material, and at least one of the markers is a standard marker that reacts with the standard material.
