요약(Summary) : The present invention provides the method and apparatus to acquire three-dimensional images of cells. The present invention comprises (a) preparing the solid-state specimen containing (i) cells, (ii) viruses, (iii) the liquid containing the cells, or (iv) the liquid containing the viruses; (b) acquiring the surface information on the said solid-state specimen; (c) removing the surface of the said solid-state specimen and forming a new surface; and (d) acquiring the information on the new surface. According to the present invention, provided is the cell imaging method to acquire information to grasp practically the condition of the cell. Also, the present invention can provide information on the molecules and atoms consisting various biomolecules and organelles present in the cells. Furthermore, the present invention can provide the information on the interaction between the biomolecules present in the cells and the organic relationship among intracellular organelles.
현재의 발명은 세포의 3차원 이미지를 획득하는 방법과 기구를 제공한다. 현재의 발명은 (a) (i) 세포, (ii) 바이러스, (ii) 세포를 포함하는 액체 또는 (iv) 바이러스를 포함하는 액체, (b) 해당 고체 상태의 표본의 표면 정보를 획득하고 (c) 해당 고체 상태의 표본의 표면을 제거하고 새로운 표면을 형성하는 것으로 구성된다. (d) 새로운 표면에 대한 정보 획득 현재의 발명에 따르면, 실질적으로 세포의 상태를 파악하기 위한 정보를 얻기 위한 세포 영상 방법이 제공된다고 한다. 또한, 현재의 발명품은 세포에 존재하는 다양한 생체분자와 오가넬로 구성된 분자와 원자에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 게다가, 이 발명품은 세포에 존재하는 생체 분자와 세포 내 유기체 사이의 상호 작용에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
